Just as winter has transitioned into spring during March, we at GG|Interactive have begun to usher in fresh improvements and are really excited for the seasons to come.

To view a detailed breakdown of what we’ve been up to, including many of those beginnings, you can check out the full changelog here.

We’d like to highlight a few of the more notable changes:

  • We’ve done a lot of testing and have received lots of great feedback on the path from registration to using the content. With this release, you’ll see the start of a redesign intended to make this process more friendly (switching from usernames to a unified email login for the entire site, step-by-step guidance, etc.). To support these changes, we’ve also updated the instruction blogs Course Download and Install Process – Teachers, Starting a Class – Teachers, and Course Download and Install Process – Students.
  • We’ve released an open Beta of our visual programming tool Game Snap, which we’ll soon be including to enhance our Game Design course exercises and lessons. Please check out the page to learn more and to help us test and improve the tool!
  • As always, we’ve continued to improve and update the educational content, and we’ll never stop.

As a reminder, our first year free promotion for the combined design and programming course is ending March 31st. We will share our pricing update information in early April.

In addition to our monthly release blogs, we’d like to give you insight and input into our future roadmap. Please head over to our new page to see what’s to come and follow the forum link inside to help shape it!
